BT Bloc Series:
Elements:
The 'BLOC' sets include all the
following items:
- 2 screw pumps BT-HM
- 2 stainless steel filters, strippable for cleaning. Mesh size 0.5mm.
- 2 discharge non return valves, metal sealing, stainless steel disc, size
DN40, assembly
between flanges on pump discharge.
- 2 ball shut off valves, bull bore, stainless steel ball, PTFE
joints. Size DN40,
assembly between flanges on pump discharge.
- 2 ball shut off valves, as above, on pump section.
- 1 suction manifold in GGG40, size DN40. Including counter flange for
suction pipe connection with al required joint and bolts.
- 1 discharge collector ( as above)
- 2 pressure gauges, 0-10 bar pump discharge.
- 2 compound gauges (pressure / vaccum), -1 to 5 bar for pump suction.
- 1 central block in GGG40 including accessories, bolts & joints for the
above items and including all elements for foot mounted operation.
Applications:
The 'BLOC' series units, with one pump
in service and one stand-by are used for diesel oil, heavy fuel oil or
lub oil feeder etc.
